	The Ark Community Roadworks June-Aug 2009 Hi everyone..! For those of you in the Northern hemisphere, we hope you had a good summer... for those of you in the SOUTH, hang-on, yours is coming..! We are back running full-speed after a great Summer at our Family Summer home in Italy, (Scario). Family time is such an important *'time-out', catching up with those we love, it is really a priority in life. As missionaries here in Europe, we find we seldom experience being 'off-duty', every meeting, dinner etc is a ministry session, so the rest with Family and Friends (top right photo) was good..! But before we left for our summer holidays (August), we had a tour of Ministry in various Italian cities: Rome, Bari, Naples and Capri, followed by some awesome meetings near Birmingham, England, which included Ordaining various new Ministers and the consecration of Wren's Cathedral (http://www.wroxall.com/chapel.ikml). Of late we are running with a message of HOPE. God has been asking us to minister His simple message of HOPE to those we are sent to...Hope in the eternal life now, and in the new creation that God has promised we would inherit, as explained in Rev 21. We've seen people's lives deeply changed everywhere we minister this message. It is horrifying to see so many Christians who don't have HOPE, when God saved us to hope. This is the message of Christ... HOPE FOR NOW AND THE LIFE TO COME..!* Our plan to acquire and establish a Centre of Transformation in Italy, is going ahead nicely. We had the privilege of staying at the property we believe will be ours (top centre photo), and had a great time with the family who deeply desire us to have their property, as they believe in the project we have for it. The project is called 'SELAH', and you can find all the info about it by clicking on this link: http://thearkcommunityselah.blogspot.com/ We've written to the local mayor asking his permission for our project "SELAH" and we're currently working with the local Social Workers to asses the *needs* of the area and how we, as a Christian Community can help serve those in needs. We ask you for your continued prayers and support, please...! We have a hectic next three months, I will be home only 6 days during the entire month of October..!! (Prayers for my family please?). We are able to minister HOPE and HELP to others only because, we do not stand alone, we know this too true..! Thank you..!
